My kid got 143 overall score. He’s lowest individual score was 125 on nonverbal…last year, my older kid had 155 on nonverbal and also 143 overall.

NNAT 146, Cogat 140, Langley pyramid. In pool. But his chance is slim. Too energetic. Teacher complained a lot.

The teacher should still give him high marks on most of the HOPE (GBRS) chart. And if his iready scores reinforce his NNAT/CoGAT, I think he'll have a great shot.

Not being in-pool is not discriminating against anyone. You can still parent refer. Unless you are complaining about having to fill out one piece of paper. You can choose to do more but referral really is one piece of paper. But if you are here you already know that.

How does being Indian at a high SES school hurt you?

That's 98th percentile. Still excellent but let's be accurate.

Not going to ask if you prepped a little bit or a lot. That's information for yourself to consider.

We preped at home, just doing practices, frankly he would have high score without prep.

Just name the school. Nobody knows who you are.

I am PP who posted the sore, why don't you id your own school then. I am still the only one posting score so far. So, you are all welcome.

Because my kid isn't in pool, you idiot.

Why the hostility? My goodness

Being Indian has nothing to do with how your child scored or how the other students performed.

but 132 on NNAT and COGAT is not 99%, so your statement doesn't support each other. I heard from some Asian parents complain in general about being discriminated against but their kids are in AAP. I think it's just the group think due to TJ dispute.

Your kid was not discriminated against bc he’s Indian. Your complaint makes no sense. And news flash, lots of kids who are not in-pool get in.
