Do you really need WW if you're on semi-g? I think you can just eat whatever you want....
It’s still about calories in. Ozempic just makes eating less easier.

Your dietary needs change when you're on semaglutide. The people already on WW will still need lifestyle guidance, help with meal planning, mental/emotional guidance w/r/t their relationship with food, etc.
WW is more than just frozen meals - it's a lifestyle with wrap-around services.

Gail King also dropped a bunch of weight at the same time and also looks great.
I guarantee its some form of weight loss drug, combined with exercise, decent eating, and stylists that are picking the right outfits for her body.
It happened too fast to just be exercise + diet alone. She was heavy like 9 months ago.
