I’d skip the ham, gravy, cranberry, and mashed
do a rib roast, twice baked potatoes or scalloped, Brussels spouts or asparagus,
Skip the apple pie and pumpkin pie, do Christmas cookies and a cheesecake or chocolate flourless torte.

Do the mushrooms, that would be a good addition.

Because we just ate that meal and want a different festive meal?

OP will make what she wants. I make beef wellington for Christmas, and fruit mousse cake.

Serve what you family loves and enjoy the company around the table.

I was coming to say scalloped potatoes instead of mashed.

Au gratin with ham, skip the ham and I'd also ditch the greenbean casserole and go with a more fresh dish since the ham and potatoes are so high sodium.
