Yeah—if an attractive woman just walked up to me and said that, I'd assume there'd be a price negotiation involved at some point. Or the topic of cryptocurrency would come up. Or her burly bf would be waiting to mug me. The idea that she'd actually be sincere and it wouldn't be part of some angle wouldn't even occur to me.
