I had taken a LOT of photos. As soon as his insurance saw the photos, they changed their tune.
I stopped driving on one section of University Boulevard because two different drivers at two different times tried to get $$$ from my insurance company. My insurance company let slip they see this a lot.
In one case, a man stopped in the right lane on University Blvd and just sat there. His car was not disabled. My car slipped on black ice and tapped his car. There was no damage. He was fine but claimed injuries and a bunch of bs.
If he had not parked his car in the roadway, he would not have been hit by my car.

It's insurance fraud. They'll claim you're at fault when they brake check and you hit from behind. It's very difficult to prove it wasn't your fault if you rear end. Then they'll soak insurance for years with soft tissue injury claims etc.
