Anonymous wrote:I got my 3rd grader a training bra that she wears on gym days. When I was young, I remember other Asian mothers cautioning my mom (we are Asian) to not start with sports bras because they squish breasts flat and don’t allow breasts to grow in natural / round shapes. No idea if that’s legit or not but I certainly appreciate my breasts’ natural shape (probably more related to genetics but who knows) so I wanted to avoid sports bras for everyday non-sports use just in case
