So violating. This is why I am outraged that the alleged flasher has taken up residence in the storefront of the Wells Fargo on Wisconsin Ave. in the vicinity of so many schools.

If the police won’t do anything about the Wells Fargo Flasher, why won’t WF Bank or Cathedral Commons management ? This is private property after all and they are responsible.

At some point the neighborhood dads need to get together and tell flasher dude to move on.
