I have long narrow feet and high arches and run in ASICS and Mizunos, 1 size up. They both are cut more narrowly in the heel and don’t slide around.


I also have long narrow feet with high arches and only Mizunos work well for me.

Topos makes a lot of non-zero drop shoes nowadays

Agree with going to fleet feet, but I also have high arches and I love nike Pegasus, saucony kinvara and ride, and mizuno wave riders. I also really like Topos but these are a zero drop shoe so might take getting used to— I rotate them in to keep my ankles strong.

Road runner sports in falls church is also great.

Another personal who loves the brooks ghost or adrenaline with similar feet.
