And I would drop any good hotel that takes dogs.
Nuisance. Smell. Threat. Why on Earth would anyone bother with the dog people?
Bad people. Potential threat. Bad situation.
F" em. People that take dogs into hotels are not decent human beings

The same with kids and adults. Should we ban them too? If our dog did those things, they'd get an immediate bath.

You can cootchie coo your dumb dog baby until you are blue in the face.

You realize nasty people stay in those rooms too.

Then stay home.
Why don’t you?
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:That is a hotel issue not a dog issue, Hotels charge stupidly high additional cleaning fees for pet rooms. The fact that they don’t utilize the funds to clean the room properly is on the hotel.
Yes, it's a dog issue. You don't need your dog on vacation. Dogs whining/barking while shut in the room; dogs jumping on people in the elevator, etc. And yes, it's also a hotel issue. If they want to cater to dogs, have them all on one floor and leave everyone else out of it. Totally unnecessary.

I have kids and dogs but I'll basically choose dogs over most people and other people's kids. I also own an Airbnb property and the level of disgusting shit that has been done to it is like 99% humans to 1% dogs.
You're free to spend you're money how you like. If I'm with my well behaved therapy dogs at the St. Regis you're going to have to hold your trap or force them to change policy, but they won't unless you've got big bucks behind that and it doesn't mean 30k a year.
