What local club plays "proper soccer"? Seems like most kick and run.

NVA, Brave, or Union did not enter the showcase.

I find it funny how you say FCV held their own in a 0-2 loss while VDA just lost 0-2. They both lost. You would have to watch the game to consider if one team "held their own" in the same loosing score.

Seem like at least they know how to places kids.

Why not Union or vda then?

VDA is in an interesting spot right now. MW is gone. According to their site currently it lists AS across all the age groups with the exception of the 07 team. The 06 team could run itself essentially, but the rest are a toss up.

And which local clubs would provide that and would attract kids from Arlington’s 08s?

BRAVE 08

Just because Arlington has had a bad season and Brave has had a good one, does not make the narrative now that Arlington is bad and Brave is good. Not even close.

Brave barely squeaked by the Arlington RL team a few weeks ago.

BRAVE 08

I'd imagine Arlington 08 will still easily beat Brave in a couple of weeks.

There was a lot of internal club hype about the 08's but as others have said what wins at the young ages does not work as you age.
