    Yikes. I would rec therapy and a great gym membership first (think St James, Lifetime, Equinox) and then look at new hair cut/color and wardrobe after a few months of that.

    I'm in a similar boat, and for me, jewelry has been a big boost!

    In recent months I have bought a couple of stackable gold rings and bracelets, plus a necklace. I wear most of them 24/7 and they always make me feel feminine and put together. Look for simple, understated styles (paperclip chains, small bezel-set diamond accents, etc.) I've had good luck at babygold.com, but there are tons of options out there.

    Get a pair of Frame jetset jeans and some nice sweaters from Vince or Jenni Kayne, get your nails/eyebrows/hair done, wear gold hoop earrings, invest in a Saint Laurent bag (College or the new le 5 a 7 hobo) if your budget allows.

    I think painted toenails is an easy one. I never much do manicures but painted toenails always make me feel more feminine/pretty. You didn’t mention makeup so it’s not clear you have that down or don’t wear any. If the latter just try a tinted lip balm or a lipstick. These two would make you feel more feminine even in some comfy athleisure. Good luck OP.
