I wouldn’t make a duck cause with teens one wouldn’t be enough.
You could try a goose, it’s bigger than a duck and juicer than a Turkey. Roast it same way you’d make a duck. I prefer roasting in Dutch oven with some apples.
Consider catering. Mediterranean Bakery (and other markets / restaurants) could make nice meals. Here are some options that may work:
