Get a prescription for bonjesta! I didn't think my insurance would cover it, but they did. It helped, but I still had some nausea.

Also, don't beat yourself up. The never ending nausea is miserable. I spent most of the first trimester in bed whenever I was home. My 4 year old watched way more TV than normal and DH became default parent.
