Maybe your kid would like the five below stuff? It's not for you, it's for them.

+1 Keep checking TJ Maxx/Marshalls. They often have great Nike and Underarmour hoodies and pants that my boys love, usually for $19.99 or $24.99.

Tshirt or fleece blanket from local sports teams, echo dot, sneakers, any tech gadget (the little thing that attaches to phone tgst turns tik tok pages, etc.).

If they’re into sports, Dick’s has fleece sports blankets that go on sale 2 for $20.


I bought 2 of these last year. They have different prints for different sports. They aren't too fancy and a little thin, but have been in constant use by everyone in the family.

You could make a gift basket filled with some favorite snacks and treats. Get a basket from the dollar store, add snacks, wrap it up with some cellophane and ribbon and suddenly it looks “fancy”
