Those little chicken salad/ tuna salad cracker packs from Aldi. Surprisingly good and they run about $2. It's enough to tide me over until dinner.

I keep a few yogurts in the office fridge and seaweed snacks in my office.

Bread, peanut butter, jelly, tuna in can with pull tab, shelf stable packets of mayo, pretzel sticks

I don’t eat it, but tuna is ok if you aren’t heating it up and have an office to eat in.
