Subject: Extracts you have tried and enjoyed
I’ve made root beer flavored ice cream with root beer extract. It’s not as good as really good root beer. It has a slightly artificial taste like mass market root beer. My kids really like it. I can’t imagine making a baked good with it, although maybe flavoring buttercream.
