Subject: Looking for new travel baseball teams in MD
Dynasty has a mix - they frequently have 2 teams in the 12+ age groups and one is good and one is not different from rec ball. The dodges and facilities really are great (especially for pitching and hitting lessons).

No, if you pay for the premium, you can see the box scores and every play (not video, just play by play description) of every game
Our team has a premium pass and can see every detail for our team but is limited to basics—schedules, roster, W/L—for other teams. Maybe PP has extra super premium access???
Well, I don't have a team account. It's an individual account, as a parent. but I pay for the premium (mostly for the video clips), but it is helpful to see spray charts and box scores for the teams we're about to play

I completely disagree. What makes the Select draft poorly run? I've been in a few as a coach and they are extremely organized and fair.
DP here. We've had two go through BCC Selects. The first DS had a decent experience. Teams seemed largely even and the draft process went smoothly. The coaches were fine, not particularly knowledgeable, but overall the experience was fine. Did two seasons and kid ultimately decided to pursue another sport more seriously. Second round through was awful. The players were rated at tryouts by a pack of college kids (or maybe they were very recent grads) and they barely paid attention as a result you had kids with ratings that were wildly inaccurate and that, plus the disparities between coaches' abilities to assess players (or actually know who anyone was) meant for a loooong season with most games being a lopsided loss for DS's team. Not fun. It was made even worse because the parent coaches didn't know much about baseball and allowed parents to push them around regarding where their kids should play. Parents pushing coaches around is always a thing, but we were shocked by the coaches' shortcomings (which, btw they openly admitted to themselves) and then the lack of interest in the organization to remedy the situation. So, I guess I'd say BCC Selects could be a good fit, but there's also the possibility you'll run into a similar situation as we did with DS2.

I just have a regular account on GC and can see the play by play of other teams’ games and see who is playing where and batting order.
You don’t have to watch the replay of the play by play, just click through the innings to see positions.

Op here—can you elaborate? Their info/training facilities look pretty good to me and I’m looking for more details about the program, people, and philosophy vs just a win-loss metric I can find on Game Changer.

BCC Select is a level above Rec, but not as crazy as travel. Practice once or twice a week, two games on weekends. None of the craziness of tournament baseball. Parent coaches, but they do clinics with professional coaches.
We are having a great experience in Select, and I think it’s worth a look.

In addition to PP suggestions there’s also Win Within, Dig In, Koa/Waves. Don’t have intel to share on those programs but I did see Koa/Waves has an upcoming tryout for 13/14u teams.
Pretty sure most if not all the MD teams play in the NVTBL and have professional coaches.
