This is great!

My kids' favorites are the pretzels or Fritos. There were little packs of chocolate chip cookies that were also a hit.

Unless you have toddlers don’t be lame. If your kids eat healthy the rest if the year the majority of the time this one night won’t hurt. Give it a week or two then get rid of the candy.
( mom of an 11yo who eats vegetables and has no cavities )

We did this as well for a trunk or treat -- I really didn't expect it to go over so well!

DD chose to do Pokemon cards this year. Kids LOVED them last year. Most of the neighborhood kids (ages 5-14) are still all about the Pokemon.

This is what we are doing this year. We have a bucket of honest juice and some Annie’s bunnies for a “healthier” option and a bucket of regular candy (m&ms, skittles etc.)
