Sliced banana with the all natural hazelnut chocolate spread and chopped almonds sprinkled over it

Fresh ricotta with cinnamon, maple syrup and chopped berries

Some of the chocolate almond flour torts have surprisingly little sugar, and you can eat plain or with a little fresh whipped cream. A lot of cakes are it too bad if you skip the frosting — and the cakes made with nut flour provide protein and fiber to slow the metabolism of the sugar

Home made apple pie — I only put like a tablespoon of brown sugar in a pie. Apples are sweet enough.

I'm also trying to cut back on sweets and often have a sparkling water right after dinner. If I really am craving something more I'll have a popsicle made from real fruit (Outshine brand is one I like).

Sugar free jello with sugar fee cool whip.

Also, look for a recipe for lemon cheesecake made with dusting of graham cracker crumbs, jello, cream cheese and 1/2 tub cool whip. Serve with fresh strawberries. I’ll try to find the recipe.

I do similar, and also put PB on graham crackers.

I also have grown to like chia seed pudding - you can control how much / little sweetener, fruit, etc you add. I use a touch of agave and true vanilla extract, and use almond milk.

I make these watermelon appetizer bites as a dessert. I love the combo of sweet and savory. They are small. And two or three hit the spot after dinner.

We eat a lot of freeze dried strawberries from TJ and unsulfured/unsugared mangoes from Costco. A plus thst the mangoes are great for digestion.
