Calling someone who refers to Trump’s multiple indictments as having “jumped the shark” is a clown though. No, the ACLU isn’t arguing that “this is going too far,” they’re arguing that the one gag order was too generic and thus too broad. Given that he keeps witness tampering and committing stochastic terrorism, the ACLU is in the wrong on this one.
And none of you can say what Trump or the gop would do to benefit most Americans. We can see what they do now in the House. Undignified and unserious and unconstitutional mugging happily for the cameras.

I am in VA so I don't know how much my vote will matter BUT between disaster at the border and support of Israel with complete f*** you to American foreign policy, I am done and cannot vote for Biden in good conscience. Nope. Not my position. But vague gag orders are unconstitutional on anyone. And timing his trial dates to align with primaries. Deeply political. And frankly charging him for classified documents issued when we know Biden and Pence both had documents and probably also Obama. And prosecutions in NY where charges are brought that have never been brought before. Political. So I don’t think he should get off or be able to avoid accountability but the targeted selective prosecutions of him is rather stunning if you’re paying attention.

Yes, it is. Most posts like this are morally bankrupt Republicans posing as Democrats anyway. There were as many votes cast against Trump as cast for Biden last time. It'll be the same thing this time. America didn't even know a fraction of Trump's criminality last time.
