This one is terrible. If you swim a meet unattached (metros, state champs, etc), it isn't there.

Incorrect. The site tracks swimmers using their USA swimmer ID, so meet and event history is tracked for each swimmer and site shows the entire history going as far back as 2010, whether you swim unattached, switch teams, etc. It may not have your swimmers results because the site is new and your LSC doesn't post results.

Check out a swimmer like Regan Smith, with 91 meets going back to 2011 when she was 9 and multiple team changes in different states, and swimming unattached:

I'm sorry, but it is correct. They pull from the LSC, so if you are swimming a meet unaffiliated with a LSC the times aren't there. They've actually made it clear that they pull from the LSCs.

Obvious self-promotion is obvious.

I agree. My college swimmer only has club times, not college times. swimcloud is much more comprehensive.

Also the sectionals cuts are the national speedo sectionals times not the zone times, I think, so even the goals didn’t feel accurate.

Is swimcloud accurate for your kid?

I'm a different poster but swimcloud is not accurate for my kid. There are several meets that were not uploaded and she hit personal bests in those meets.

You can upload them and probably should. The files are in the results and you email them to swimcloud. Important if you swimmer wants to swim in college.

Swimio has been doing a lot of self promoting on other swim groups. Swimstandards is another one that I like. But none of these capture unsanctioned meets, as far as I know. Primary audience is USA swimmers.

Swimrank has been most helpful to me. It shows you each event and you can see how far your kid is to a meet cut, as well as where they will fall in that meet which helps you plan your time for potential finals.

It also gives you the swim motivational level, which I find more helpful than meet results as the motivational times are standardized as opposed to where they place at a meet, which could have more to do with the competition than their own swimming.

The motivational times have really helped my daughter focus on herself and stay in her lane, so to speak. Also, even if she adds time, if she is still in the same standard band, it helps her not mentally get too down.

highly recommend for data.

Swimmingrank and USA Swimming are most accurate for my kid. Swimcloud is mostly accurate, but not entirely.
