We did this recently, it was a replace so the hole was already there but we increased the size so the handyman had to actually do a bit of cutting to make it fit. It was $400 in labor, $150 for the unit. We're in California.

That should just be whatever the minimum is to have the electrician out basically. Or if you have a good handyman.
