PP Balian Springs, not Balkan.

+1 for Balkan Springs. It’s really nice and relaxing.

Anyone can use the spa at Lifetime and it has all of these amenities. The one at Gaithersburg has pools as well. You can also use the exercise facilities with a spa appointment. You need a bathing suit for the whirlpool. The sauna has eucalyptus. I like Woodglen but it just has a relaxation room bu t drinks/snacks are better.

I think there is a facility similar to Spa World where you don’t have to be nude. I think it’s called Balian Springs. Haven’t been, but looks nice.

I found Spa World a wonderful place to spend a relaxing day. It would be weird with a friend, IMO, because of the nudity (at least for me and my friends).

Avoid Gainesville Woodhouse. Facility is lovely, but owners will harass you if you mention anything negative in an online review.
