Marsupials unite! Don’t let mammals especially humans define and oppress us!

To be fair, most wildlife will react aggressively when chased down by a domestic dog some idiot owner has let loose on the environment.

I’ve seen dogs lose eyes to wild American turkeys which have some serious talons on them.

Keep dogs on a leash if they aren’t trained to perfect recall.

Kangaroos are perfect just as they are.

Nobody thinks about this, but penguins smell terrible.

So it turns at the giraffes are not just gentle vegetarians either. Someone showed me a video or then hitting each other with their heads/whipping their necks around and I am so disillusioned.

When I went to Australia, they let us pet the little grey kangas but not the jacked up kangaroos. Even the minders were afraid of them. They said if we ever got attacked, we were to stay down and cover our heads

My cousin lives in Perth. She rarely sees kangaroos up close. But you're right, they are not cute, cuddly animals. I don't know why Americans would need to be afraid of them.

Koalas are nasty creatures, too.

When we lived overseas there was this zoo farm place (like the one in Fairfax) but the "attraction" was KANGAROOS. You were supposed to take your kids and get all excited about walking through the kangaroo enclosure.

It was so freaking creepy. Their legs go the wrong way. They just sit and stare at you. I've never looked at kangaroos the same way again.

Wasn't that long ago that an otter mauled a lady and permanently injured her. Also haven't you seen Zootopia? That otter messed some stuff up.

My parents have a house near a lake and multiple people have been torn up by otters that recently moved in. They are big and aggressive and will come after kayakers. Those are river otters, but also look up that sea otter that is attacking surfers off California and stealing their boards.

Male sea otters (and male ducks and dolphins) also sexually assault other members of their species.

It's not just kangaroos. Critters in Australia are just down right terrifying. The wild dingos carrying off babies, a giant ray killing Steve Irwin, it's a sharky place to surf, etc.

Reminds me of the Bil Bryson quote about Australia:
