It is that damn flu shot. My arm is dead after it. Heating pad and a bath will help.

Maybe she can lie on her back and move her leg or point and flex her toes?

+1
She actually needs to walk more to work it out. You might also try a warm bath to help relax the muscles. My kid had this once with the chicken pox vaccine, I think. Vaccines can cause soreness, and it can be worse if they are tense, squirmy, etc. If it's not better in a day check with the ped.

My 3 year old was kind of limping last year after her shot and said she couldn't walk. I gave her pain meds and she was better in the morning. I was very clear with her about the distinction between hurts to walk and can't walk and she clarified it was the former, but it was stressful. I hope all is well with your child soon!

Of course she does not WANT to walk when
It’s sore , if Mom is willing to carry her. That’s different than literally not being able to walk.

Is it that she truly can't walk, or does she not want to because it hurts? If she really cannot walk, take her to the ER.

This you gotta move the area a lot to help with the pain.

Try Epsom salts on a warm washcloth on the area where she got her shots.

I am PP. is it that she can’t walk at all? Or is it that it hurts to walk??

If she really can’t walk, ER.
