She actually needs to walk more to work it out. You might also try a warm bath to help relax the muscles. My kid had this once with the chicken pox vaccine, I think. Vaccines can cause soreness, and it can be worse if they are tense, squirmy, etc. If it's not better in a day check with the ped.
