There are so many people who specify how many pumps of syrup they want - the baristas don’t care. I also get one pump of whatever syrup in my coffee and it’s perfect. I get the flavor and not many calories.

When you are at Starbucks one can specify which size and if you want a 20 ounce hot drink one can say “Venti”. I don’t think anyone at Starbucks ever said that Venti translates to large in any language, considering they have cups bigger than that.

This. I usually do a sugar free vanilla latte. Skim milk instead of the standard 2%, and only one pump of the syrup is plenty sweet instead of their normal 3-4 pumps. No whipped cream.
