I have a paper planner for daily management and write everything down in that. These days, the odds that something happens to a paper doc are smaller than the odds of an electronic breach.

You probably know this already, but unless required, adding weird symbols does not enhance security, since passwords are hacked by algorithms using all the available keys. The only protection is length of password. So I suggest you memorize a couple versions of a sentence that is striking enough for you to remember. There has to be several versions, because some sites require the use of special characters, others forbid them.

Bitwarden, though be careful and also keep offline backups. A while back my phone face login randomly stopped working and my password also didn’t work. I lost all passwords. I used to use Keepass, but no longer works with iPhone.
