They'd get sent later because they come out after most ED deadlines

Only semester grades except for some ED schools who ask for 1st quarter of senior year.

I don’t think so but apparently many colleges will request the first quarter grades for ED applicants so I would assume there will be a request.

I can't answer your question definitively but all I know is one of the schools my DD is applying to EA wants to see her quarter grades. Another school that she is applying to EA doesn't.
