DOJ has devoted an insane amount of time and resources investigating and prosecuting actions on 1/6, filing charges against damn near anyone they can show was trespassing. I have no sympathy for those being prosecuted (actions should have consequences), but let's be honest, Bowman intended to disrupt and delay a Congressional proceeding.
