This. I’m also 6 months pp and struggling to lose baby weight. (Third kid.) If and when you decide to make exercising a priority, it will only really work if it’s first thing in the morning. Otherwise, you will be too tired and other things will pile up.
I just dropped out of a fun exercise class because it’s at 6:30 pm on Thursdays and by that point in the week I am spent. We can only do so much OP.
