Um, so you're aware that in most ballet / dance schools, roughly 90% of the students are girls, right?
Typically, boys and girls take most classes with their level, and then there are a few boys-only classes.
Like it or not, ballet is a very gendered art form and boys and girls/men and women do not do exactly the same steps.

Melina's dancing garden. Can't recommend Collins studio with its outdated and sexist policies favoring male dancers.

Chris Collins Dance Studio features boy dancers often and has a wonderful Musical Theater teacher. They have several boys in their competitive and rec track. Boys also get a discount on tuition!

So, ballet is very gendered and at a certain level the skills taught are different.
For the record, most of the ballet classes at BalletNova are mixed, and the boys have a very small number of separate classes--maybe one per week? Given how few boys are in ballet, it's a good thing.

Also, for the record, in major ballet schools (for example, Royal Ballet School, Paris Opera Ballet School, Vaganova), the boys and girls are trained separately for most classes.

Reston Ballet had ballet classes for boys, and since there are so few boys in the space, they were offering them for free (at least a few years ago when my daughter was still interested).

I would reach out to any dance teacher and get their recommendations. Since there are only a few schools that offer classes for boys, they usually know who they are.

Not Just Dance in Chantilly does theater related classes.
