I’ve heard the opposite. Applications are down because of the economy and separately, many of the public school parents are returning in time for their kids to enroll in the strong ‘W’ schools. I know my bro and sis in law are doing this.
The economy is smashing for the private set. We all dumped stocks (except for some AI related firms) and are gobbling up tons of risk-free interest payments right now. We also don’t live in the W zone.
