I think you handled it well. Anf your husband is a smart and levelheaded guy. I wouldn’t say anything to the wife. It’s great that you told yiur DH and just let him know if it happens again.

Man here- my wife has always been very hot for her age but I’m definitely not tired of her. Unlike many women she likes sex and often makes the first move. To OP I’d not worry about it. He obviously likes you but the liquor led him to say something stupid. Odds are good he doesn’t even remember it.

Let it go. I was hit on by my friend's husband, once. She noticed and probably said something to him because he's been super well behaved since.

It happens, and all it means is what he said: that he genuinely likes you. That's an acceptable feeling to have, surely? Better than disliking you, right? He's probably not going to act on it further than that.
