+1 This is why people, us included, left the SF Bay Area.
I've said this before: NoVa should be careful what it wishes for. Same for Austin, TX. Same thing is happening in Miami, FL. A lot of FL is seeing an increase in people moving there, except for Miami, which is seeing a net decrease.
