Thats every AAU team, its musical chairs. If your kid is good enough to play alot, you think she should be on a better team. If shes not playing, you sre looking for a team where she will get more playtime. Everyone on an asu team has ine foot out the door.
The top two teams at DD’s club for her year have been relatively stable for years with movement between them, but not many people leaving for other clubs

Yes. We had a FCYBL B team girl who went and played Vogues in MS and loved it. Ended up playing HS varsity as a freshman.
