You would not believe the sludge that does go into it, though. I worked at Starbucks for a brief period. Never got Frappuccinos again.
OP didn’t say healthy. We know they have tons of sugar. She just wants no caffeine. I get my 11yo these as a treat sometimes. Like less than once a month..

I didn't say sugar--it's just pure chemicals. There's no recognizable food in it--it's literally a slurry that smells like baby vomit that comes in a large plastic bag. We transferred it into another container so it didn't look so bad. Then it gets mixed with the flavor so the weird smell is covered up.

Yes not not 45 mg like the refreshers. Some parents are confused about this because they just call it the pink drink or strawberry açai lemonade and they don’t realize they’re actually a refresher. It’s the strawberry açai, etc flavor that has tea extract in it.

How much sugar in the "plain" lemonade and how much sugar is acceptable?

Green tea has lemonade. Think you could replace with passion tea and be ok.

When I was a tween, my parents started getting me vanilla steamers (steamed milk with vanilla syrup) — I still enjoy them in my early 30s.

Meant green tea has caffeine!
