Just looked at the last 10 tweets of his:
1. Re-tweet talking about a Post article mentioning that we're at a record high for homicides.
2. Tweet encouraging people to take a DCBOE survey so they can see what residents value.
3. Re-tweet from the state superintendent about report cards.
4. Tweet about Charles Allen saying on Twitter in 2020 that he and the Council were shrinking the police force by defunding it.
5. Re-tweet of a board of education tweet about a new student representative.
6. Tweet congratulating said representative.
7. Re-tweet with a video about the swearing in of said representative.
8. Tweet correcting something Zachary Parker said about police funding.
9. Re-tweet of a Vince Gray tweet about how D.C. can function during a shutdown.
10. Re-tweet of a tweet by the Washington Teachers Union about how they need a new contract.
It doesn't seem to be objectionable to me, unless you're one of those extremists activists who think there shouldn't be any discussion about the current spike in crime.

He won on his second or third council run. He also ran for congress in Michigan and lost.
Well so far, I’m not impressed. Big step down from Mary Cheh, who was well respected
True, but Goulet would have been so much worse. The guy has become completely unhinged on Twitter. I wouldn’t even vote for him as dog catcher now.
The way the whole entrenched political class acted in that situation was striking. Why was he seen as such a threat?
Probably because he is, as the PP pointed out, completely unhinged.
Huh?! His tweets are a voice of reason. None of this hugs for thugs crap

I suppose one could read that as a voice of reason, if one lacks reason entirely.

Particularly love it that to force an acronym they essentially say they will help (further) enforce violence. It’s been done by the criminals and teens gone wild already, thanks, Pinto. Or maybe that is the plan.

I reached out to Frumin's office to ask if he supports it but have gotten no response. He was so waffly in June that I am concerned.
OP here and that’s exactly what my DH said. We need 100% commitment from Frumin, not his often wishy washy stance. I will contact his office as well. Also important to call him out in a public way to ensure his support
