Have you seen sodium? Fat ? Some of the meals taste great but I wouldn’t call them “healthy”

I sent some to my elderly parent and they liked them. I had tried them myself for a short term diet, and they were ok, but prefer to make simple meals myself over this type of food.

Ordered once. Portions are super small (like for a small woman). Each veggie has a block of compound butter. $12 for each if not using a new account promo. Look at the ingredient listing (50 ingredients with lots of chemicals?) -- it is not made by a human chef. With that said, their marketing department is top notch (getting people to think it is made by a chef)!
