Neither would happen in our home.

I need to ask if she can babysit in a week, but I keep forgetting after school is out because I am busy with my own kid! Is it a no no to text during the school day? I assume her phone is off or she can ignore it, but what's the etiquette?

10pm. And no, don't text during school hours. Send it after 3pm or so.

Do most agree that babysitting until 10pm is ok on a school night? There's zero driving, she just needs to walk 3 houses down to get home.
