Same. And then they basically just throw your food at you if you only give 20% for lunch. Surly service.

No. Some change just like they do in Europe.

Why should they get tipped and a normal retail worker isn't?

I think I'll just stop eating out.

The wage increase will be reflected in prices. If I were expected to tip on a much higher price, it just becomes too much.

The service fee is absurd. Raise prices.

The end result is the same--why do you care how the restaurants label it?

I love the trend of restaurants including the tip cost in their price. I don’t want to figure it out. Just tell me what you want.

Yes, I will still tip. Instead of 20% being the minimum, I would make that for great service instead though.

I’ll stop tipping and will be thrilled to not have to deal with it anymore. I don’t tip anyone but wait staff right now.

I have friends from Europe and I’m always embarrassed at restaurants when they leave $2 for tip. I think that’s more standard when the waiters are paid properly. (Or else my friends are just really cheap).

No I won’t tip.

Nurses, doctors, Medical assistants, fire fighter, police teachers got no tips. I don’t see why waiters have to be tip when they make minimum wages.
If it’s not enough for them to live on, then they have to do other jobs. It’s about demand and supply.
Not all service industry get tip and I don’t believe in routine tips.

Tips should be optionals

Why would they deserve a tip?

Do servers want this? At busy restaurants they will likely earn less??
