The bigger organizations have B and sometimes C teams for the same age group.
Each team gets two exceptions. The first team will be hard or impossible to make.
Easy to make the third team even out of zip.

NoVA Cavs. And some on Team Wootten.
Best to avoid Vienna. Even if your son makes the team, the coaches mostly play their favorites while benching the others.
