Fruit, and only if she asks for it. We don’t keep other sweets in the house. Our toddler eats cookies if she’s at a birthday party and that’s it.

My kids DEVOUR trader joes frozen mango chunks. Literally just perfectly ripe frozen fruit. We go through like 2 bags a week.

Ice pops or fruit snacks. That's what her big brother (DS5) has, so she usually just has what he's having.

Homemade popsicles (frozen fruit and coconut milk). DD can have one anytime she wants.
