There is no one correct pizza. Roman type that is fluffy, roman type that is like a cracker, neopolitan, ny, Detroit, Chicago, Sicilian, Torino. Hawaiian. New Haven. So just eat what you like. The Roman type that is like a cracker might be what you seek. Pizza tonda romana. Or extra crispy domino’s thin crust. My favorite is neopolitan with ny a close second.

Yuck- I would never go back to a pizza place if the pizza was crispy. I prefer floppy.

You need to find a NY style pizza place if that's what you want, but I don't think theirs are crispy either....
