I'm the PP who also chimed in that it won't move quick, but I don't think it's because it's priced too high rather there are fewer buyers at this price. The listing agent knows her stuff, she's been around forever and knows the market.

OP here. This is where we’re leaning. Not how we would have done the interior, but some paint and lighting changes would go a long way. Hope we’ll get a chance to see it. Agree it’ll move quick.
