Are you so frail that running your stove for 30 minutes and getting the temperature up to like 73 instead of 70 is too much for you?

In the same vein, we'll be doing tomato sandwiches with the giant heirlooms I got at the farmers market on Sunday. Thick slices of fresh white bread (I'm stopping at the bakery on the way home), Dukes mayo, a little salt, and fat slices of tomato. I think I'll make lemonade to go with it.
