We shoot for a 7:30pm bedtime during the school year because she has to get up at 6:45am.
During the summer, it’s more like 8:30pm-8am.
So somewhere around 11-12 hours/night.

10 to 10.5 hours. They are asleep around 8 pm and wake up naturally anywhere between 6 and 630 am. Sometimes they sleep in until 7 if they are rundown/getting sick / had a big week.

Usually about 10 hours (9pm to 7am). Our lights out time is 8:30 but she takes awhile to fall asleep. She wakes up on her own around 7.

About 10. Bedtime is 8:00, she can read until about 8:30, and the alarm goes off at 7:15.

We aim for 10 hours. My 6yo needs a little more, and my almost 8yo can function just fine with a little less.

10 hours during the school year and 10-12 during the summer. Fresh air and lots of natural light made her very tired at that age!

8:30-6:30. Maybe until 7. We need to roll bedtime earlier. But its hard. She and her sister (4 yrs) get so riled up at night.

This is a key point. My 7 year now will sleep in by an hour or slightly more, and it gives us a lot more flexibility around bedtime (not on school days obviously). I assume it's hormonal/developmental and happens for all older kids at some point. Certainly before the teen years!
