It's amazing the destructiveness a relatively small number of people have on this city.
A single digit percentage are responsible for 90% of the violence in DC. DC needs to get its act together and crack down on them.
That’s true almost anywhere. Thanks to the traditional media, social media, and forums like DCUM, crime gets sensationalized, hyperbolized, and blown out of proportion.
