If the city doesn’t want them to leave, they should post extra security there. The company won’t stay if they can’t make a profit, so the city needs to help with costs if they want the service.

Yes it does. And the good people of the neighborhood should be hopping mad that thieves among them are causing this to happen.

Only the people living there can fix this.
