If you go to the Montgomery County property map link in one of the posts above you can see it just as shown on the Redfin link.
Don’t go by the Zillow placement. Zillow often gets the location of a lot incorrect when the listing doesn’t have a street number. Zillow will just put the listing somewhere along the street.
That changes a lot. I mean 6000 square feet is a tight space, you're basically building a long and narrow house but totally doable. I will be curious to see how much it goes for, the land assessment value is around $18,000.

Just with that information, I don't think it's part of 7905. This is already a community that is subdivided, so is it even legal to then subdivide your own property?
It appears it's a small sliver of land between 7905 and the tennis court, but they're gonna need to run an easement just for a driveway.
I mean if you can go through all the red tape and build something, they might sell it but I have no idea how this is even legal.

Your comment does not make sense. The lot is a 7th of an acre which is much larger than a tennis court.
NP
Look at the satellite image, it is tennis court and some land.
it looks like the google earth map is incorrect and is not the same as the 2 aerial photos that were included in the listing, The lot fronts a street in the Carderock neighborhood.

But to have an accessory dwelling, you need permission to have a main dwelling first
Negotiate with the seller of the land to have the permit out.
Explain please
