I just avoid artificial sweeteners including sweeteners like stevia (which I think tastes gross). If any other recs, please keep them coming.
Curious, OP. Why is your protein goal so high?
This was my question as well
Not OP, but I'm trying to lose weight.
120g is the recommended amount for a 350 lb person. If you weigh that much, then I would work with a nutritionist. Otherwise, it's not a healthy target.

Anonymous wrote:Any recommendations for protein supplements for someone who mostly eats a plant-based diet? No added sugars or sweeteners. I've tried Vega protein powders and they have stevia, are gross, or both. Definitely open to other ideas besides protein powder but it's been hard to get it via diet alone without eating like 5 meals a day. Aiming for 120g a day. Thank you!

But you’ll never lose weight eating 120g of non-animal protein. Vegan protein is incredibly dense in calories unless you plan on eating nothing but tofu, or your weight in spinach.
If I drank 3.5 OWYN protein shakes to reach 120g protein it’s only 750 calories.
But I’m not OP and I don’t limit my protein to vegan sources.

Does eating protein result in weight loss?
